Anyone seen this before?

SQLDBA> connect internal
Connected.
SQLDBA> shutdown
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [730], [136], [space leak], [], [], [], [], []
SQLDBA> exit
SQL*DBA complete.

Now Oracle won't let me do anything with the database - shutdown, startup, connect (non-internally), whatever. I can do a connect internal but when I try to start it up or shut it down, I get the message:

ERROR: ORA-01090: shutdown in progress - connection is not permitted
