Are you trying to connect to Oracle via another application, or are you trying to simply sign on to it?

If you are connecting, try using '2:' as the host string. If you are just trying to sign on, try using username=SCOTT, password=TIGER. Received on Mon Feb 24 1997 - 00:00:00 CST
