Oracle Developers Program

Hi -


As a person just starting out in Oracle, I thought the quickest
way to learn would be to buy a personal copy of the DBMS
and use it.  But calling Oracle, various folks
say I should join their Developers Program for $400/yr.



The Oracle Developers Program people say they THINK that includes a
copy of the DBMS.  Does it?



What else would you recommend for coming up to speed on Oracle in a hurry?
