Hi,



We're migrating from Oracle 7.2.3 to 7.3.2 with Rogue Wave dbtool2.1.1. 
Performance has been degraded dramatically, and we are not sure which (Oracle
or dbtool) caused the problem. Does anyone experience the same thing?
