Go to http://www.microsoft.com You will find a link there to ODBC drivers. Pick the one which matches your configuration.

You will also need SQLNet from Oracle. If you have room, you can download Personal Oracle (60 days trial) from www.oracle.com and try out the combination on your local machine.
