Online or Offline backups? Most 3rd party tools only offer hooks into Obackup (and some of the hooks aren't that great!). Oracle EBU (obackup) provides most of the features you should need - and it's free! If you want OS backup software, then that's a different matter - there'll be plenty of opinions on that!
