Believe it or not, there is a book with a CDRom called Oracle Reviled that has a '90 day' evaluation copy of Forms 4.5, Reports 2.5, etc. along with a copy of Personal Oracle 7 for both Win 31 and Win95. I have the full development system from this book on my machine right now and it's great. Check the bookstores - you might just find it. Good Luck!
