HELP!!!! Oracle Version 6 Database Crash (NOARCHIVELOG)

From: Nicolás Bernard <integra_at_jet.es>
Date: 1997/01/22
Message-ID: <01bc087f$c968f920$e3b6e0c2@nico>#1/1

Situation:

-System crash, all information on disk damaged.
-One Backup of all the database files (control files, datafiles, etc.)
except log files (NOARCHIVELOG) and one Datafile.

-Another Backup only with the datafile that is not present in previous
backup. (database down)

-The time between two backups is one day, WITH NO DATA ACTIVITY BETWEEN
THEM. With that situation, after restoring the two backups, after a startup, Oracle mounts the database put can´t open it. The error message is ORA-01122 Verification check error on <The datafile of the second backup>.

Anyone can help me.

NOTES: -The version of ORACLE RDBMS is 6.0

-The datafile with problem is a consistent copy and contains an entire tablespace. Received on Wed Jan 22 1997 - 00:00:00 CST
