HP-UX 10.20 is certainly no 64 bit OS. And the HP T520 is not based on PA-8000 CPUs and therefore even from a HW standpoint represents a 32-bit system. As a logical consequence, the recommended HP combo is entirely 32-bit and as such not able to run 64-bit apps like the Oracle 64-bit VLM (very large memory) stuff which allows to configure SGA's way beyond the 4GB barrier [like on the Alpha/Digital UNIX/Oracle VLM-64 combination].
