OCI Template Library & Pre-Pro*C preprocessor

Dear Netters,

I'd like to introduce a new release of OCI Template Library (OTL) and Pre-Pro*C preprocessor (PPC). OTL is a C++ class library which provides powerful and convenient programming interface to Oracle. PPC is a preprocessor which reads a directive file on input and generates a file in Pro*C on output.

OTL & PPC are Freeware.
