Getting this error: Primary Key violation when connection using ODBC

Hi,


I am getting an error while trying to connect to Oracle 7.2 using 32bit ODBC 
(drivers from Oracle).  Oddly (at least to me), I am getting a unique key 
violation error.  I have tried numerous logins including DBA.  Does anyone 
have any insight to this error.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
