Help IPX/SPX clients can't see server across Netware Server.

We have an Oracle7 (7.3.2.2.1) Workgroup server for Windows NT 
installed using the TNS listener.  The clients are Windows95 running
Netware's Client32 IPX/SPX and SQL*NET 2.3xxx clients.  There are four
segments connected by a Netware v3.12 server.  



The problem we are having is that clients that are not located on same
segment as the server cannot see the Oracle Instance.  I suspect it has
something to do with Netware SAP's or the lack of. 



Any sugestions?
