Question:

Why can I buy a $60 book(Oracle Unleashed) and get a copy of an old version of Dev/2k for evaluation, but not get a recent version that works under a modern OS(Win95, NT) for evalutaion from Oracle?

Why would Oracle want these "old" versions floating aroud? Why showcase the latest and greatest?

Any ideas?
