Oracle Developer Progamme - Any good?

Hi all,

     One of our developers approached me today. She had found the Oracle Developer Programme (at http://tiburon.us.oracle.com/odp/)
and was curious about the program.
She is interested in joining, but for $395 it's best to know what you're getting into.

     Has anyone had experience with this program? Was it positive? If so, was it worth the high cost?
