Jack,

So far as we know there are no specific Oracle security news groups or forums. We have generally seen security issues raised under comp.databases.oracle.server or when they are application specific under comp.databases.oracle.tools.

There are some good books out there that you may want to get ahold of (we cannot recommend any specifically).
