Dev/2K and Oracle

Hi Friends,

On a Standalone PC, when I try to connect to Personal Oracle 7 for Windows95 from Forms 4.5 (under Windows95) I am getting the following errors :

	ORA-12203:TNS: "Unable to Connect to Destination"


		(Without specifying the Connect String)

	
	ORA-03121: "No interface driver connected. Function not 
performed"


		(Giving Connect String as 2:)


		

But I was able to connect from SQL*Plus. Can somebody help me in sorting out this problem?
