Which, except for formatting and line spacing is word for word what one gets using the UNIX command line $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oerr ora 1562 and $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oerr ora 1650

If oerr hasn't been installed on your system, get the DBA or sysadmin busy. oerr is included as part of a basic server license, and doesn't cost any extra.
