Oracle and PeopleSoft

Is there anyone out there who is an Oracle DBA and using PeopleSoft?

I am interested in knowing what size you set your DB_BLOCK_BUFFERS and SHARED_POOL_SIZE. Also, what is you %free for the PAY_CHECK table? I am getting a lot of chaining in PAY_CHECK and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem.
