!HELP! Oracle services vanished on NT 3.51 !HELP!

My friends sent an NT 3.51 with Oracle 7.2.X.X to a computershow. At the end of the week (now), they found out that all the Oracle services have vanished. As I know these services are put there by the Oracle installation process and it is not possible to delete them, only start or stop one.

They had a full backup and did the restore with no changes, they still dont have the services.

SAP R/3 runs on the Oracle, so it doesnt help to install a new Oracle instance and change the parameters or something like that. ( SAP services also vanished )
