Plugin "*340...." is not loaded

hello everyone.
I'm having a big issue lasts days that i can't find the answer. I have EsayPhp with mysql 5.7.
On phpMyAdmin, i have changed the password of root (and change the config.inc.php for phpmyadmin).

When i launch phpMyAdmin i got "#1524 - Plugin '*340BAE789B3CB61CB41BE2BE7320EE5601AFBD2F' is not loaded"

I try to upgrade and i got the same error : mysql_upgrade.exe -u root -p pwd4root
Enter password: *******
mysql_upgrade: Got error: 1524: Plugin '*340BAE789B3CB61CB...* is not loaded while connecting to the MySQL server Upgrade process encountered error and will not continue.

I can't find the answer.
If someone have any clue.
