19C features for performance benefit

Hello listers, We have already migrated a few of our databases from 11.2.0.4 to 19C and are planning to rest the databases to 19C soon. One question frequently surfaces from management stating what all key differentiating features of 19C can be implemented (may be by DBA or by Dev team) to give us additional benefits( we assume it's more towards performance). We did the in place migration and the underlying structures are as it was on 11.2 and we are seeing almost similar performance on 19C(specifically 19.5) as it was on 11.2.
I understand there are many new features on 19C , Few of the features I am aware of like 1)private session level stats is something that can give us benefit in terms of providing accurate global temp table stats in session level thus better/optimal execution path. 2)online partition maintenance (move , compress etc) is something we are doing during less activity hours now because it's not online but this is something that can be done online in busy hours too on 19C.
Want to know from experts, if any of the specific other features we should definitely explore which will give us benefit in terms of performance or ease of maintenance? Maybe a better statistics method for table/column/partitions which will impact plan and thus performance?
