I can’t configure the pga_aggregate_limit lower than 2G. I couldn’t reproduce the error with 120’000 iterations on 19.8 (Linux), 19.7 (Solaris x64) and 18.5 (Solaris x64).

This worked for me in 19.3

The pga_aggregate_limit was 1GB, a loop size of about 26000 would probably have been sufficient.
