let me clarify my remark. I did not mean the support on the ORDS software. I haven't had SR's for ORDS, so I can't judge that. I'm sure it will be excellent.

But ORDS will be calling the eBS API's, and in my experience when 2 technology stacks interact, it's difficult to get an engineer with in-depth knowledge on both components. We had some SR's with APEX on an eBS database, some Weblogic issues where the eBS managed servers were involved. And these tend to be difficult SR's, since Apex (or Weblogic) support engineers don't usually know very much about eBS. And the eBS engineers don't know enough about Apex or Weblogic.

So if you have an SR with ORDS and eBS API's, I expect it will take longer before we reach the root-cause.
