I think that's passed through the argument list Andy. I've not done a silent powershell install so I'm not sure what the interaction between the nowait *in* the powershell cmdlet and the wait *for* the cmdlet would be.

And yes, asking why someone would use a particular OS is no smarter than asking why someone would use a particular backup system.
