Translate p1/p2/p3 for cell single block phyiscal read

I am trying to track down tablespace and file on an exadata for cell single block physical read. the P1/P2/P3 are cellhash#, diskhash#, and bytes. Does someone have a sql query to translate that to tablespace and file?
