Just to be 100% certain, can you run:
SELECT TYPE, COUNT(*) FROM V$LOGFILE
GROUP BY TYPE;
I'm thinking that your standby redo logs might not be standby! Apologies
if they are! You should see the count of online redo logs and the count
of standby redo logs.
