Asm and list voting file

Hello,
Sometimes css in one instance lost contact with a voting file on asm and it became offline or unusable.
The only way I know to come back to normal is drop disk and add it again. Does anyone know an other way to let know css that the disk is there and automatically attach it ?

Hello,
