please check the OTHER_XML section in DBA_HIST_SQL_PLAN (https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/19/refrn/DBA_HIST_SQL_PLAN.html#GUID-893C1D35-70C8-46F1-A355-D5858233CC7E) - you can extract the information from there.
