Hi -

Does it hurt to increase the timeout value like below

net_service_name=
 (DESCRIPTION=
  (CONNECT_TIMEOUT=10)(RETRY_COUNT=3)
  (ADDRESS_LIST=
   (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=sales1-svr)(PORT=1521))    (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=sales2-svr)(PORT=1521)))   (CONNECT_DATA=
   (SERVICE_NAME=sales.us.example.com
<https://slack-redir.net/link?url=http%3A%2F%2Fsales.us.example.com>)))

Thanks

Bhavani.
