The speed depends on many factors:

  1. Hardware: type and architecture of the machine, number of processors, SGA size
  2. Database version and configuration
  3. Degree of parallelism
  4. Where are you storing the export file? Rotational disks, SSD, another DB (db_link)
  5. Other arguments (EXCLUDE=TABLE_STATISTICS, compression)

My advice would be to do dry runs. Tests are the best way. If you are looking for a consultant, send me a private email and we can negotiate the price.
