In the list of databases, I think it only shows the container database, and then you have to go into the Container in OEM and drill down to the PDB.

Monitoring the PDB performance (Top SQL/ Top Sessions such as the "Performance -> Top Activity" is real PITA for CDB/PDBs in OEM :/
