I am not really concerned about duvelopers, I am the one with the blood lust. It will be a cold day in heck before any of my developers get the capability to kill other people's session. Ctrl-C is for duhvelopers, "alter system" is only for DBA personnel. We need a DBA version of the 2nd Amendment.
