The problem is with the disk channel - see the below - ora_disk_3 is trying to write to the root file system:
RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_DISK_3 channel at 09/28/2019 05:27:26
ORA-19504: failed to create file "/arch_THDMAS_1219124_1020144446_hkucsapu"
Your previous log shows all backups are going to SBT, not disk. So either your default Rman device type has changed from sbt to disk, or you are running a script that is using disk channels.
