Here are the values (I am able to login thru TOAD with DBA privs):

Also, the error makes it seem that it is looking for a password file of some sort. I’m not using a password file, so I’m not sure what’s up with that.

Can you please have a quick look for db-name & db-unique-name?

They might be needed to interpret ASM path.
