Hi,

  it could be power metering unit of PDU itself, and there is a reset procedure for this:
I used the note:

One of the Power Distribution Units (PDU) is non-responsive In Exalogic Rack & Exadata Database Machine (Doc ID 1475304.1)

but of course confirm with Oracle Support first. Regards.
