Cloud Control Question

I am looking at upgrading our Cloud Control install from 13.2 to 13.3. At the same time, I'd like to upgrade the repository database from 12.1.0.2 to 19. Will that work? I don't really see why it wouldn't, but I can't find anything that tells me what database versions are supported (other than comments in the upgrade doc about parameters for 12.2.0.1 and 18).
