Probably just a bunch of UGA usage in process private memory still managed by pga_aggregate_target ... I’ve never looked into whether EM Express can be configured to use dedicated servers somehow (as due to XDB web server they essentially have to stay around like daemons and listen on the port 5500 or something, haven’t checked details, but that may be the reason for using shared server processes).

But I’ve had to change the max_servers higher to make EM Express faster to load & use...
