It is more than just bugs.

There are many regular documents that also do not show information any more.

Hello all,

Last Sunday a lot of previously visible documents such as: FAQ: 'cursor: mutex ..' / 'cursor: pin ..' / 'library cache: mutex ..' Type Wait Events (Doc ID 1356828.1) Troubleshooting: Waits for Mutex Type Events (Doc ID 1377998.1) Init.ora Parameter "_KGL_DEBUG" Reference Note [ID 1388197.1] Enhancement to add different "Mutex" wait schemes (Doc ID 10411618.8) ...
suddenly disappeared from My Oracle Support (MOS). Moreover, I am no longer able to view details of public BUGs.

The partially visible details of the public bugs were the invaluable sources of the information about error stacks, workarounds and bugs relationship.

Our local Oracle representatives do not have any information about this problem which is greatly hardening the diagnostics.

Could you please check is this issue worldwide or localized to some regions only?

Best Regards
Andrey Nikolaev--
