I would like to suggest below Doc ID,..
Manual Completion of a Failed RMAN Duplicate FROM ACTIVE DATABASE (Doc ID 1602916.1)

Well. you must need to fix the issue causing network interruption, but at least mentioned Doc ID will give you the head start to resume duplicate.
