Hi Amir,

I know this doesn't sound like what you described, but it seems to me, based on the error messages, that you're trying to startup a 12.1.0.2 database in an 11.2.0.4 ORACLE_HOME...?

Can you confirm the ORACLE_HOME you're attempting to start the database with is the correct one?
