Hi All
Can someone share the architecture used when you have an application which cannot use JDBC URL/tns alias in Environment where Primary Database is on RAC and also has two Active Dataguard on different RAC for heavy reporting. Requirements are for Oracle 12.2 and all three environments are 2-Node RAC on Redhat. There are 3 services like one for Primary and two for Active Data guard. It works fine and not require any extra load balancer for most of the application but due to one of the critical vendor application which does not support multiple SCAN in JDBC setup, had to use another solution to provide transparent failover to standby as well as load balancing Read only/Read write Services access. As the company is using f5 LTM and so looking for some advice to work with the network team to configure monitor as well as connection routing. Main requirements are 1. Application connection failover on Dataguard Switchover/Failover2. Connection redirect to appropriate service running on Primary or Active Dataguard  TIASanjay
