ora.proxy_advm in 18.3

Hi
I have a fresh 18.3 two nodes RAC installation on Oracle Linux 7.5 and I noticed it starts by default ora.proxy_advm resource and the ASM Proxy instances (APX). I have not observed such behaviour in 12.2, anyone observed this?
