Cloud Control 13c Agent RPM Question

I am trying to create a new Cloud Control 13c Agent RPM. When I run the command to create the RPM, it tells me there isn't enough disk space in /usr/lib/oracle. I've talked to our SA who says he can't grow the disk because it's part of / and that I have to remove the files that are already there to free up the space. It looks like the directories and files that are there are from the last build:

Is it safe to just remove these? I don't want to remove them and find out that some or all are needed for the new build.
