Tuning Advisor with NLS settings

We license the Diagnostic and Tuning Pack and run them via EM 12C and 13C. We have one database that uses the following settings at logon time of the application. alter session set nls_comp = LINGUISTIC; alter session set NLS_SORT = PUNCTUATION;

How can we tell EM to use these settings prior to running the tuning advisor on a SQL statement?
