I’m assuming you’re referring to the tuning and diagnostics pack, as some featured data may require both. The answer is, “it depends”. If you’re writing reports that pull data from targets to create the output, it may fall outside of this. I would go to the screen that displays the data you’re interested in using for the report, click on Settings, Management Packs and click on Mgmt packs used for this page.

This may assist in sourcing.
