Swingbench in RAC

Have a problem to do the following.

Setup a benchmark using swingbench on a RAC database with two instances in policy managed.

Run for few minutes...

Then add a new instance by changing the ServerPool attribute to measure the TPS increase.

But, swingbench is unable to handle that as new connections that hit the instance that is coming up are getting ORA-1033

Have tried this into the swingbench config file without success.

       <AllowedErrorCodes>
            <ErrorCode Type="ORA">1033</ErrorCode>
        </AllowedErrorCodes>
