Not only their initial platform of RDS but also Aurora.
Not only Amazon but Microsoft Azure.
Not only Microsoft Azure but Google Cloud SQL.
Not only Google Cloud SQL but Heroku.
Not only Heroku but IBM.
No, PostgreSQL doesn't have "everything" Oracle does but it definitely serves a segment that is very happy.
