Oracle support call back to beginning

I went full circle, Oracle Support now practically repeated to me word for word what I had originally submitted in my support call re. struts files found in the WebLogic subdirectories.

I went full circle, Oracle Support now practically repeated to me word for word what I had originally submitted in my support call re. struts files found in the WebLogic subdirectories.
I miss MetaLink and the phone numbers, in the 1990s those worked. If we called early in the morning we would get a tech in Ireland, a bit later it would be in Redwood Shores.
I sometimes wonder what impact ITIL has had on the IT industry...
