You can look at stats history and see if their was big jump in the number of rows between two runs.

We can see the number of insert/delete/update from dba_tab_modifications until the objects are not analyzed. Can we see the same from history like before last Stats collection or they are lost. One app team got performance hit and after stat collection all are good and so want to know if there was big DML happened that cause and so need to check old data before stats.
