Knowledge about relational database technology is considered unsafe by a lot of the folks I know.

We have at least 2 firewalls, the US has at least 3 (that I know of) between Canada and the US.  

Regardless of the cause along the way, it shows how broken these technologies are.  

Obviously docs.oracle.com is not unsafe.  

Still an epic fail Google.  

Let's all upgrade to Geocities when things actually worked.
